Dialogue is a quarterly, online publication of CGA-Canada. Its purpose is to contribute to the dialogue on issues related to public policy, business trends and the accounting profession by sharing the product of the association’s research, advocacy and standards development.
Articles are grouped into subject categories, enabling easy reference and tracking of issues of interest. Dialogue also provides linkages to other resources, related articles and multimedia content. It is prepared by the Communications department at CGA-Canada’s Vancouver head office.
Founded in 1908, the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada serves 73,000 Certified General Accountants and students in Canada and more than 80 countries. Respected accounting and financial management professionals, CGAs work in industry, finance, government and public practice.
CGA-Canada establishes the designation’s certification requirements and professional standards, offers professional development, conducts research and advocacy, and represents CGAs nationally and internationally.
